Work duties:
Lead and support chefs in daily work.
Responsible for mise en place, quality assurance, and service.
Participate in menu planning and raw material orders.
Be the head chef's right hand and take responsibility in their absence.
Ensure that routines for hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency are followed.
We are looking for:
Solid experience from kitchen work at a high level.
Confident in both a leadership role and practical kitchen work.
Structured and organized, able to inspire others.
Comfortable with responsibility, communication, and everyday problem-solving.
