Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and contribute ideas for development.
Actively participate in mise en place and service.
Handle raw materials and quality control.
Follow routines for hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Contribute to a good atmosphere and strong collaboration in the kitchen.
We are looking for someone who:
Has many years of professional kitchen experience.
Is passionate about cooking and has an eye for detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong collaboration skills.
Is meticulous and committed to both your own and the team's development.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
You must have at least 5 years of experience from similar operations.
