We are a family business in Kinna that, since 2012, sells car spare parts and accessories to private and corporate customers throughout Sweden. Our business concept is to sell online via our site at competitive prices, focusing on making the purchase as easy as possible for the customer. With a large warehouse in Kinna, we can offer fast deliveries across the country. Locally in the Gothenburg, Halland, and Borås areas, we also offer daily deliveries with our own shuttle vans. Thanks to the combination of strong customer focus, simplicity, pricing, and product range development, the company has grown significantly in recent years.

The Position

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team for a varied role encompassing warehouse, retail, and customer service. The role offers diverse tasks including:

• Picking and packing orders for dispatch. This includes packages to be sent via carrier, picked up in our store, and those delivered with our own shuttle vans.
• Handling inbound deliveries (labeling incoming goods and putting them away in storage).
• Answering the customer service phone and handling email inquiries.
• Searching vehicle manufacturer and supplier spare parts catalogs to ensure customers get the correct parts when needed.

• Someone who wants to work in a personal workplace and be part of our exciting journey as an upstart in an otherwise quite traditional industry.
• Enjoys a varied role with occasional high tempo
• Is flexible and can switch between tasks while maintaining structure and quality in your work.
• Appreciates customer contact and providing good and efficient service.
• Is physically fit, as warehouse work involves a lot of movement and some products may be heavy (around 20 kg).
• Is skilled at working with computers.
• Can work at a high pace without compromising accuracy, especially in tasks such as reading and matching article numbers, license plate numbers, and similar.
• Is a team player who takes responsibility for your part, but always has the whole picture in focus and helps where needed.

Experience & Education

• Secondary education with passing grades.
• Previous experience working with or a strong interest in cars, car parts, or car repairs.
• It is an advantage to have knowledge of searching for parts in vehicle manufacturers' original catalogs.

Location

The work is carried out on-site at our premises at Fritslavägen 30 in Kinna.

Working Hours

The position is full-time during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. The exact schedule is arranged by agreement. A probationary period of 6 months applies, after which, unless otherwise stated, it will convert to a permanent employment.

Language

The role involves direct customer contact/support over the counter, by phone, and by email. Therefore, very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
