Team Leader, Horticulture / Garden Construction Foreman

We are looking for an engaged and proactive manager who wants to take responsibility for planning, quality, and team leadership in external maintenance.

About the role

As a team leader, you are responsible for planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision at our contract customers. You participate in daily work alongside the team. You also have customer contact, conduct site visits, write quotes, and ensure that work maintains the right quality.
