We are now seeking a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for a confident and positive 27-year-old man with a great interest in sports. There is a well-prepared implementation plan, and it is of utmost importance that you as an applicant are attentive, meticulous, and can work according to clear routines. Daily documentation and continuous updating of the implementation plan are a natural part of the work.

The customer lives with the very rare diagnosis FOP (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva), which means his body needs to be handled with great care in all situations.

The work involves being a physical support in daily life — monitoring the customer's general condition and well-being, and assisting with various activities based on the customer's unique needs. You need to be his extra arms and legs, with everything from personal hygiene, assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other chores.

As an assistant, it is important that you are attentive and able to stay one step ahead — to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a safe daily life. You should be mature in your approach and confident in handling both simple and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident in yourself, attentive, punctual, flexible, action-oriented, and has a genuine interest in your work. The customer appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language.

Good physical fitness/strength in the assistant is important as some transfers occur.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

You must be smoke-free.

Speak fluent Swedish.

The customer prefers male applicants.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement exists.
