Humor, understanding, and initiative are important to the client.

Good physical fitness is important as the client is active.

The client appreciates assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance both in and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.
