We are now looking for a Group Home Manager for our group homes in Linköping.
About the role
As a Group Home Manager, you will lead and develop group homes where adults with various diagnoses receive support in their daily lives. Together with engaged employees, you will create safe, structured, and meaningful living environments.
The assignment includes, among other things:
- Leading and developing the organization based on current agreements, laws, and guidelines
- Having responsibility for staff, budget, and work environment
- Collaborating with nurses, rehabilitation teams, authorities, municipalities, relatives, and legal guardians
The role is both operational and strategic and requires a good ability to see the big picture and long-term development.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a confident, solution-oriented, and clear leader with an interest in organizational development. You are easy to collaborate with, build trust, and contribute to a positive work climate.
We prefer that you have:
- A relevant university degree, e.g., social worker or equivalent
- Passing grades in social law
- At least two years of documented experience working according to LSS
- Ability to work strategically and create synergy in collaboration with others
In Linköping, our management team works in a team-based manner, which requires good communication, collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.
A driver's license is not a requirement but is helpful in the position.

- Location: Linköping, with some travel to the head office in Norrköping
- Managerial on-call duty included
