Kooperativet Omtanken ek. för. offers personal assistance (according to LSS) to adults with disabilities living in Torsby municipality, Värmland.

Working as a personal assistant with us means supporting/helping the person in their home and during activities outside the home.

Work tasks may include personal care and household chores.

Working hours: daytime and evening.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You must be caring, responsive, and enjoy working and interacting well with other people.

You should also have personal maturity and the ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and relatives.

You have a positive view of people and can create and maintain professional relationships. You have good initiative and are flexible.

You are attentive and thorough. You enjoy helping others.

It is a great advantage if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant, other professional experience in healthcare and social care, and/or have a healthcare and social care education.

References are required and must be attached to the application.

Kooperativet Omtanken ek. för. has permission from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) to conduct personal assistance operations.
