Personal assistant temporary substitute possibly permanent

On behalf of our client, we are looking for 2-3 female assistants for temporary positions either on an on-call basis or for a longer substitute period, with the possibility of permanent employment.

You will work with a woman in her 60s who, after a traffic accident, is completely immobile and needs support in all aspects of her daily life around the clock. Your role will be to create safety, dignity, and quality of life in her daily life.

Working hours vary and can include day, evening, and awake night shifts.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in people and a big heart. You are present, sensitive, and have a natural ability to show care. Meeting people with different physical and mental needs feels natural for you, and you contribute with a positive and respectful approach.

Experience in personal assistance or care is meritorious, as is knowledge of lifting aids, medication management, and tube feeding. But the most important thing is your attitude – we offer individual introductions and training based on the client's needs.
