Vivacare is seeking a trained social educator for our operations in Kristianstad for a summer substitute position with possibility of extension after the summer.

As a social educator with us, you will work to provide support to individuals in their daily lives based on their needs, resources, and conditions. The work is built on professional conduct, relationship-building, and the ability to create structure, security, and motivation.

Duties

Duties include, among other things:

• providing support in everyday situations
• motivational and relationship-building work
• creating structure and clarity for individuals based on their needs
• documenting according to applicable routines
• collaborating with colleagues and other relevant actors

Qualifications

Requirements:

• education as a social educator

We are looking for someone who:

• has a good demeanor and a genuine interest in working with people
• is confident, responsible, and responsive
• has good collaboration skills
• can work independently and in a structured manner
• is flexible and solution-oriented

Meritorious

• previous experience in social work or similar activities
• experience with documentation
• driver's license B
