Personal assistant Upplands-Bro hourly/short-term

We are looking for a personal assistant (hourly/short-term) for a 21-year-old man living in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality.

He uses a wheelchair, has a CP injury and limited communication, and wants to live an active life.

Working hours are mainly late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, as well as longer shifts on weekends. Night on-call duty occurs, followed by morning shifts.

There is a need now as a short-term substitute (when regular assistants are sick/absent) and extra much during the summer (vacations). As an assistant, you must be able to step in on relatively short notice. It may be possible to get a small number of fixed hours.

Since communication is limited, you are required to speak and write Swedish, as you will need to help communicate.

The assistant can be male or female, aged 18-40, with a youthful mindset.
