Personal assistant summer substitute in Upplands-Bro

We are looking for a personal assistant (summer substitute for June, July and August 2026) for a 21-year-old man living in Bro in Upplands-Bro municipality.

He uses a wheelchair, has a CP injury and limited communication, and wants to live an active life.

Working hours are mainly late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, as well as longer shifts on weekends. Overnight on-call duty occurs, followed by morning shifts. Day shifts also occur during July.

The need is for a summer substitute. After an introduction that takes place before summer, you as an assistant will be assigned fixed hours during the summer. A small amount of fixed hours on the schedule may also be possible after the summer.

Since limited communication occurs, it is required that you can speak and write Swedish, as you need to help communicate.

As an assistant, you are male or female aged 18-40 with a youthful mindset.
