You are the operations manager's right hand and must be able to make independent decisions when required in the position. In our cross-professional team, there are several professional categories that occasionally need guidance, where the coordination function is crucial. You need to master documentation systems, be able to manage the ongoing tasks that involve some staff supply, that is, substitute and schedule coverage. Furthermore, you have contact with our clients, consisting of social services and the prison and probation service, where you handle client interviews and have an overall view of the occupancy at the treatment home. You need to be analytical and flexible in your personality. A driver's license is required as you may need to drive clients in the course of your work.
