Treatment Worker

Now you have the opportunity to apply for an exciting and developing position at Serigmo Care, Vassebro HVB. As a treatment worker, you are responsible for group treatment together with three other treatment workers in our cross-professional team. Other professional categories have different tasks, but you and your closest treatment colleagues are responsible for your own treatment group. You conduct group treatment and individual sessions during daytime. As a person, you are flexible and comfortable with the target group. The clients usually have a history of substance abuse, mental illness, and in some cases a criminal lifestyle, which means your education as a social pedagogue will be well utilized. We prefer that you have completed training in ÅP. Process supervision occurs regularly, as do treatment conferences.
