Driving Instructor

We are looking for an engaged and pedagogical driving instructor!

About us

Enköping Trafikskola is a well-established driving school that has been in Enköping since 2023.

We are currently 4 driving instructors and a receptionist who train and support future license holders from all over Sweden. We currently train for categories AM, B, B96/BE but are interested in broadening our operations with more categories if the opportunity arises. If you are qualified to teach in additional categories or are interested in becoming qualified, then there might be an opportunity for you.

About the role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different conditions and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Possibly conduct theory lessons, introductory and risk training.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid driving instructor degree and is an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Has a pedagogical and flexible attitude.
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys meeting different types of people.
• Is proficient in spoken and written Swedish (additional languages are meritorious).
