Description
Are you a confident, experienced, and dedicated childcare worker who wants to work in an environment where play, learning, and children's participation are central? Then you might be the one we're looking for!
At Förskolan Solklart in Grimsta, Vällingby, we are now looking for two childcare workers with at least 5 years of experience and completed childcare worker training.
About Us
We are an independent preschool for children aged 1–6. Our work is based on our core values acronym SOLKLART – Self-esteem, Care, Play, Knowledge, Learning, Responsibility, Respect, and Safety. These permeate everything we do – in interactions with children, in collaboration with guardians, and in our collegial work.
With us, we work transdisciplinarily and with play-responsive teaching, which means we connect different subject areas and let children's curiosity and questions guide learning processes. Reading aloud and physical activity are important parts of our daily routine – strengthening language, identity, and knowledge development.
