Trainer - Pedagogical Theories, Methods and Approaches (Higher Vocational Education, Distance)

We are looking for a trainer for a higher vocational education program in support pedagogy with a focus on pedagogical theories, methods and approaches.

About the assignment

The assignment is conducted remotely and comprises approximately 4 hours of teacher-led instruction per week. The study pace is 50%, meaning you are responsible for course content totaling 20 hours per week including independent study.

You have overall responsibility for the course, which includes:

• Planning and structuring the course layout based on the syllabus
• Developing your own teaching materials
• Conducting instruction
• Designing and grading examinations

The assignment lasts a total of 14 weeks.

The course covers pedagogical theories, special educational approaches, and methods for developing operations within LSS and the disability field.

Focus areas include:

• Evidence-based pedagogical methods
• Guiding approaches

• Supervision of colleagues
