We are looking for a trainer for a higher vocational education program in support pedagogy

As a trainer with us, your main focus is to deliver education within your area of expertise. We handle the logistics and administration around the assignments, so that you can devote all your energy to providing students with the best possible education. The role includes educational planning, teaching (both remotely) as well as supervision. The education is planned and carried out in collaboration with the respective higher vocational school and training manager to ensure the quality of the teaching.

We are looking for a trainer for a higher vocational education program in support pedagogy with a focus on human development throughout life.

About the assignment

• Distance teaching
• 4 hours of teacher-led time per week
• Total course responsibility corresponding to approx. 20 hours/week
• Responsibility for material, examination and grading
• Duration of the assignment is 6 weeks

The course provides an understanding of human development from psychological, social and cultural perspectives.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from working within LSS (the Swedish Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or similar operations
• Has knowledge in psychology, social work or behavioral science
• Has a salutogenic perspective in your way of working
• Has experience in teaching or supervising
