Inhouse Sales Agent / Booking Assistant – Waterfront Cabins, Gothenburg

We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured Inhouse Sales Agent for our booking and front office function at Waterfront Cabins in central Gothenburg, located right by the canal.

Waterfront Cabins offers approximately 900 fully equipped studios for flexible and sustainable living, suitable for both short and long stays. Our booking department plays a central role in the guest journey, handling incoming inquiries from both individuals and corporate clients.

About the role

The role is primarily a booking and service role focused on incoming inquiries. You are an important point of contact for our guests and responsible for ensuring professional and personal service throughout the booking process.

You work closely with the reception and other colleagues in the booking team. If needed, the role may also involve supporting the reception, as we work closely together to create a smooth and guest-focused experience.

Main responsibilities

• Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone and email
• Manage bookings and ensure an accurate and efficient booking process
• Act as a contact person for guests before arrival
• Collaborate closely with the reception and other departments
• If needed, support the reception in daily tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong service focus and enjoys a guest-facing role
• Is structured and accustomed to handling multiple incoming tasks simultaneously
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good computer skills and experience with booking systems
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends
• Enjoys working in a team and close to the operational business
• Can start immediately

Employment

Fixed-term employment at 100%.

Start immediately. The employment is temporary, with possible extension if needed.

Individual salary setting, we follow the HRF collective agreement, based on experience.
