
Event and Conference Coordinator

We are looking for an engaged and structured person who wants to help create first-class meeting and event experiences for our corporate clients.
You will play a key role in our team by being the first point of contact for conference inquiries, as well as responsible for quotations and advising throughout the process – from first contact to final booking.
Responsibilities
Receive and handle incoming conference and event inquiries
Send quotations based on customer needs and follow up on them
Send booking confirmations and ensure all information is correct
Advise customers on choice of venue, setup, technology, food and beverages, and other details
Book artists, speakers, venues, transportation, and other resources
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Assist in planning and coordinating various types of events – from small meetings to larger corporate events
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in customer service, conference booking, or event planning
Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
Has very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle many tasks simultaneously
Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
