Do you want to work with sales, marketing, and customer relations in a company where you get to be part of building something real?
Coore has been around for over 25 years, but we are currently in a new phase. We have reorganized, rebuilt, and created a clearer sales structure — and now we are looking for more driven Account Managers who want to grow with us.
We primarily work in tech, gaming, and media, but are now expanding into more industries and markets. This means that as a salesperson, you have the opportunity to influence which customers, areas, and deals you want to develop.
The Role
As an Account Manager with us, you will work with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for customer contact, driving dialogues forward, and building relationships that lead to long-term business.
You will primarily sell marketing solutions to customers, but may also have contact with agencies and other partners. The work is largely done via phone, email, and LinkedIn, but also through meetings and relationships over time.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, but you are not alone. We work closely together as a team, and you receive support throughout the process, both regarding customer development, approach, and next steps. When a campaign is sold, our sales coordinator takes over with booking, delivery, and follow-up, so you can focus on customer relationships and new business opportunities.
The role includes, among other things:
- Prospecting new and existing customers
- Booking and conducting customer meetings
- Building relationships with decision-makers, marketing departments, and agencies
- Identifying customer needs and finding relevant marketing opportunities
- Working structured in CRM
- Following up on leads, dialogues, and business opportunities
- Building and developing your own customer portfolio
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is driven, social, fearless, and hungry. You enjoy customer contact, dare to take the first step, and have the energy to push things forward even when it requires many calls, emails, and follow-ups.
You do not need to come from the tech or gaming industry, but you need to be curious about marketing and want to understand the customer's business. Sales experience is important, and experience in B2B, media, marketing, tech, or gaming is a plus.

We do not have a fixed office, but we work onsite and gather together in Halmstad every day. Our working hours are generally 09:00–17:00.
The position starts as a commission-based employment during the probationary period. After the probationary period, we will together review a compensation model that suits both you and the role going forward. You can work up to full-time, but the minimum commitment is 40%.
