Telephone Communicator

Are you a warm, meticulous, and empathetic person who always gives a friendly impression in your work?

We are now looking for more colleagues for our department for outgoing donor calls. You will help make a difference for several of the major fundraising organizations in Sweden, and you are their representative in the meeting with their donors.

You call individuals who have made donations, thank them for the gift, and convey the organization's message using a call script.

To thrive in the job, you need to enjoy making outgoing calls and conveying the organization's message in a professional and friendly manner.

You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the team and are always solution-oriented in your work.

You will be part of a team of colleagues who, with their diverse backgrounds and knowledge, strive towards common goals and contribute to a safe and inspiring workplace.

We appreciate if you have previous experience from telephone work, but it is not a requirement for applying. You will receive training on-site, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities.

We offer a fixed salary according to the collective agreement and occupational pension. Working hours are 10:00–15:00 or 10:00–17:00.
