Fruit & Vegetable Manager ICA Nära Draken

Your role with us

You are responsible for our Fruit & Vegetable department – the green heart of the store. You ensure that the shelves are always well-stocked with fresh goods, place orders, bring in new items, and keep track of the assortment. This also involves heavy lifting and monitoring quality and waste. You actively work with display, trends, price updates, and labeling. During your absence, you ensure the team can take over without issues.

We are a smaller store where we all help each other, and you will also perform all tasks that occur in the store.

What we are looking for in you

• You have previous experience in retail work (required)
• You are used to and can handle heavy lifting, and thrive in a fast pace (required)
• Experience in Fruit & Vegetables, AoB/MinButik, and responsibility in the store is meritorious
• Your engagement is contagious to the team, you work service-oriented and collaborate easily with others

The position is a full-time position with an initial probationary period (6 months) transitioning to a permanent position.
