We are now looking for 2 appointment setters who want to work with the phone as their main tool.

👉 Start immediately – we hire as soon as we find the right people.

⚠️ Basic requirements to work with us

• Own computer
• Headset to talk on the phone
• Stable internet connection

👉 This is a requirement as the work is done entirely remotely.

💼 About the role

As an appointment setter with us, you work with cold calling to private individuals.

But important to understand:

👉 You sell nothing.

👉 You offer a free service where the person gets the opportunity to compare several real estate agents and make a better decision regarding their property sale.

You work with a proven script, clear structure, and tools that help you in the conversations.

We do not work by 'nagging' our way to meetings.

👉 If you get a no, you move on.

💰 Salary and compensation

• 100% commission-based salary (no fixed salary)
• Clear compensation per booked and completed meeting
• Target: approx. 29,000 SEK/month
• No upper limit – you can earn significantly more depending on performance

👉 Your salary is based entirely on your performance

📊 Expectations

To reach the target, we see that you book on average:

• 4–5 meetings per working day
