We are now looking for 2 appointment setters who want to work with the telephone as their primary tool.

👉 Start immediately – we will fill the positions as soon as we find the right people.

• Own computer

• Headset for phone calls
• 
  
• Stable internet connection

👉 This is a requirement as the work is completely remote.

💼 About the role

As an appointment setter with us, you work with cold calling to private individuals.

But important to understand:

👉 You are not selling anything.

👉 You offer a free service where the person gets the opportunity to compare several real estate agents and make a better decision regarding their home sale.

You work with a tried-and-tested script, clear structure, and tools that help you in the conversations.

We do not work by "hassling" for meetings.

👉 If you get a no – you move on.

💰 Salary & compensation

• 100% commission-based salary (no fixed salary)
• 
  
• Clear compensation per booked and completed meeting
• 
  
• Target: approximately 29,000 SEK/month
• 
  
• No upper limit – you can earn significantly more depending on performance

👉 Your salary is based entirely on your performance

📊 Expectations

To reach the target, we expect you to book an average of:

• 4–5 meetings per working day
