We are now looking for 2 meeting bookers who want to work with the telephone as their primary tool.

👉 Start immediately – we will fill positions as soon as we find the right people.

⚠️ Basic requirements to work with us

• Your own computer

• Stable internet connection

👉 This is a requirement since the work is fully remote.

💼 About the role

As a meeting booker with us, you work with cold calling to private individuals.

But important to understand:

👉 You are not selling anything.

👉 You offer a free service where the person gets the opportunity to compare several real estate agents and make a better decision regarding their home sale.

You work with a proven script, clear structure, and tools that help you in conversations.

We do not work by "nagging" our way to meetings.

👉 If you get a no – move on.

💰 Salary and compensation

• 100% commission-based salary (no base salary)
• 
  
• Clear compensation per booked and completed meeting
• 
  
• Target: approximately 29,000 SEK/month
• 
  
• No upper limit – you can earn significantly more depending on performance

👉 Your salary is entirely based on your performance

📊 Expectations

To reach the target, we expect you to book on average:

• 4–5 meetings per workday
