Construction Site Manager

We have a vacant position as Construction Site Manager with flexible start date.

As a site manager with us, you will:

· Independently manage earthworks of varying sizes.

· Produce calculations and quotes for smaller projects.

· Plan and lead execution and coordinate with internal and external resources.

· Responsible for purchasing and ordering materials, invoicing, and financial follow-up.

You will have great freedom to plan and execute the work, but also significant responsibility for delivering projects with high quality and profitability. You work closely with other site managers, the operations manager, and the QHSE coordinator, and lead a team of dedicated construction workers and subcontractors, but without formal personnel responsibility. The position is a permanent employment based in Varberg, but you will mostly be out on projects.

We are looking for someone with:

· At least 5 years of experience in similar tasks.

· Good knowledge of construction contract law and BAS P/U

· Construction or civil engineering education or equivalent.

· Strong leadership skills and high collaboration ability.

· Ability to work structured and solution-oriented.

· Computer proficiency with experience in project management.

· A valid driver's license (B class)
