Principal sought for parent cooperative, economic association

Do you want to lead a workplace where children's curiosity, independence, and love of learning are central? We are now seeking an engaged and present principal for our small Montessori preschool in Västerhaninge.

About us:

We are a safe and family-like preschool where the activities are based on Montessori pedagogy. The preschool is run as a parent cooperative and consists of three departments as well as our own kitchen where all food is prepared from scratch. Our work is characterized by respect for each child's unique development, a stimulating learning environment, and close cooperation between educators, children, and guardians. Our small scale provides good opportunities to influence, develop, and create quality in daily life. We offer good terms, benefits, and are covered by a collective agreement.

The principal role:

As principal, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, and work environment. You lead the pedagogical work forward in accordance with the curriculum and Montessori philosophy, while also creating good conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments. It is a merit if you have completed/ongoing principal training. As a person, you are clear, confident, and responsive in your leadership, with good collaboration skills.

Workload: 6-month probationary employment, thereafter 100% permanent employment

Salary: According to agreement
