We at GetCamping.se are now looking for an engaged and service-minded employee to strengthen our customer service team in Hörnefors during the peak season. We are looking for someone who is confident in customer interactions, enjoys solving problems, and has a good ability to structure and administer their work. Your tasks
As a customer service representative with us, you will be a key person in contact with our customers. Your main tasks include:
- Answering customer questions by phone and email.
- Providing advice on products and orders.
- Handling returns, complaints, and warranty issues.
- Administering orders and customer cases in our system.
- Welcoming customers who visit our warehouse store.
- Collaborating with warehouse and purchasing to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Working hours on weekdays during daytime.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service or administration.
- Is a problem-solver with a service-minded attitude at your fingertips.
- Enjoys a role where you get to communicate with many different people.
- Is proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
- Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably also English.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working at a fast pace.
- Is flexible, as we are a small company and one needs to be able to pitch in where needed
