Donor Service Coordinator Part-time

Are you a meticulous and empathetic person who wants to make a difference?

We are now looking for more employees for our donor service unit.

You receive calls from individuals and companies who want to donate gifts, have questions about their giving, and about the organization's operations.

You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the team and are solution-oriented in your work. You have good knowledge of customer/donor service and are accustomed to working with various systems.

The work consists of:

• Receiving and handling inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a correct, professional, and friendly manner

• Ensuring that all your cases receive a quick and satisfactory resolution, and are documented according to current procedures

• Ensuring that each donor leaves the conversation with a positive feeling and the knowledge that their case has been handled correctly

We offer a fixed salary according to the collective agreement and occupational pension. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The placement for the assignment is at one of our offices in Västertorp. As of October 2026, the workplace will be located at Mörby Centrum.
