Salesperson with recruitment responsibility - 20% commission + SEK 20,000 per recruitment

Have you worked with outbound sales and know how to identify a truly great salesperson? Have you also been involved in recruiting salespeople before? Then this could be the right fit.
We at Grewin Sales are in a position where everything is ready to scale. We have an assignment with a very established product that sells, a sales process, and a track record. The only thing missing is the right people, and that's where you come in.
The Role
You will have a base in outbound sales, but with a clear expanded responsibility for recruitment.
This means:
- Actively find and contact candidates and get them to apply
- Qualify and drive them to interview
- Help build a recruitment engine that delivers
- Drive your own sales from booked meetings to closing during the rest of the time not spent on recruitment
What We Are Looking For
- You have worked with outbound sales and recruitment of salespeople before (requirement)
- You understand what separates a good salesperson from a bad one
- You are not afraid to pursue people and make contact
- You like pace and responsibility
We are looking for someone who wants to build a strong team of disciplined salespeople.
Compensation
- SEK 20,000 guaranteed salary
- 20% commission on your own sales
- SEK 10,000 per hired candidate + an additional SEK 10,000 after 60 days if the candidate remains
- Employment or consultant arrangement – both work.
The Sales
- B2B sales of Dagens industri's executive network (Di Close)
- Order value: SEK 40,000 – 200,000 (average ~SEK 50,000)
- New customer sales only, no account management
- You receive ready-made lists, including many warm leads to call, no prospecting
The Environment
- On-site in Stockholm (hybrid possible)
- 30-60 minutes of daily sales training and direct coaching from me (7 years and 15,000 call experience with the product)
- Focus on performance – not busy work
- Breakfast served at the office every day
- Once you become effective, you will be offered resources including appointment setters and a virtual assistant to help with your sales and recruitment calendar so you can be more efficient with your time
