We have three equally important business areas in the organization: letters, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production leader for the letter business area.

You, us, and the job As a production leader, you will be active in the daily work and simultaneously lead our team at the letter terminal. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. As a person, you are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have an ability to identify improvements and develop the business. For us, leadership means motivating each other to contribute to an innovation culture that keeps us the largest even tomorrow. It is crucial to attract, retain, and develop employees in a changing market. Nothing is impossible.

What you will do

• Be operationally responsible for the business within your area of responsibility
• Create motivation and commitment among employees
• Contribute to the transformation work to adapt the business to changes in service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on operations within your area of responsibility
• The position involves shift work with daytime, evening, and night shifts according to schedule

What you bring

• High school diploma
• Meritorious with experience from a similar role previously
• Good leadership qualities and an interest in leading
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar is meritorious
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Swedish and English fluent in both speech and writing
• Driver's license class B
