Payroll Consultant for Skellefteå Office

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a payroll consultant with some of our exciting client companies.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to assist our clients in managing their payroll function according to the client's conditions and needs. You are responsible for the payroll process for the client, from collecting data to final salary payments and reporting to authorities. You will handle payroll for various types of companies, both Swedish and international. The role also includes handling reporting to e.g., Authorities and Fora, among others. Some consulting work is included, such as acting as a sounding board for the client's payroll and personnel issues. Clients will be both local and international. We largely work digitally.

Depending on your background and experience, there will also be opportunities for other tasks according to your wishes.

Qualifications

· We are looking for someone with experience in payroll work and experience with various payroll agreements

· We would like you to have experience in labor law matters

· We would like you to have post-secondary education in payroll administration, HR, or equivalent work experience

· We are looking for someone who can and dares to take responsibility and is accustomed to working independently

· We prefer that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently

· We value a solution-oriented and business-minded approach, and we would like you to be outgoing, engaged, and curious about developing in your role.

· The role involves many contacts with both clients and colleagues, which places high demands on good communication skills and professional demeanor.
