About the position
Do you want a varied and important summer job where you get insight into how city network projects work in practice?
At Hedemora Energi's City Network department, we are now looking for a summer worker who wants to contribute to our work with administration and documentation related to socially important infrastructure. You will work broadly with administrative tasks and support our project managers and technicians in their daily work. Examples of tasks include writing, printing and mailing contracts related to larger projects, sending out information letters to city network customers, and archiving and digitizing documents such as land agreements, building permits and other approvals. You will also help ensure that documents are handled correctly and traceably according to our routines.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous and takes responsibility easily. You are proficient in computers and feel comfortable using tools like Excel, Word and PDF handling. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you have an interest in administration, technology or civil engineering, that is an extra plus. To be eligible for the position, you must be at least 18 years old.
