Right now: Assignment starting immediately
We are currently looking for a payroll consultant for a specific assignment with one of our clients starting immediately. For this assignment, solid experience with Agda PS is required. The assignment requires flexibility as the work is done on-site with the client in the Stockholm area. If you are available now and match the profile, we want to get in touch with you right away!
About the assignment
We regularly receive requests from our clients who need to hire experienced payroll consultants for both short and long-term assignments. The role involves working operationally at our clients' sites, or remotely, and being responsible for ensuring their payroll administration runs smoothly. Tasks vary depending on client needs but often include everything from payroll preparation and reporting to system support and advice. Since we receive requests frequently, we are looking for someone who is available for new challenges and thrives in a consulting role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agda PS, Flex HRM, Hogia, Kontek: You have worked in the system before and feel confident with its functions and workflows.
- Experience with other systems is meritorious.
- Background in payroll: You have documented experience of independent payroll work, including interpreting collective agreements and legislation.
- Flexibility: You are available for assignments and can work both remotely and on-site with clients (primarily in Greater Stockholm, but also elsewhere in the country).
- Consultative approach: You are accustomed to quickly getting up to speed in new businesses and have good communication skills in client interactions.
- Accuracy: You work in a structured manner and ensure details are correct even at a fast pace.
- Language: You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
