Appointment Setter Wanted for Zenivo

Zenivo is now seeking at least four appointment setters who want to create new business opportunities in web and digital presence.

We work with modern corporate websites and digital solutions, with a special focus on SiteAdmin – a smooth website solution for companies that want a professional homepage without unnecessary hassle.

Now we are looking for someone who wants to work with pure appointment booking for our salespeople. Your task is to make contact with companies, generate interest, and book relevant meetings. You are not responsible for closing the deal yourself, but for opening the door to the right customer dialogue.

About the role

You will contact companies that need a new website, a better website, or a solution that is easier to manage in daily operations. The focus is primarily on booking meetings around our SiteAdmin websites for companies.

The work is mainly done from home and requires your own computer and a good internet connection. If you live in Borlänge, there is also the possibility to work from the Science Park location by agreement.

We are looking for someone who

• is confident in contacting companies and can communicate professionally
• is self-driven and enjoys working towards clear goals
• is computer literate and comfortable with digital tools
• can express themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• preferably has experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer contact, but it is not a requirement

It is meritorious if you have some understanding of web, business, or digital services, but you do not need to be a technical expert.
