Business Developer - Squad Section

Role:

You will belong to our squad section where you, together with several colleagues, work to develop our operations within the squad section in general and the competition part specifically. In your role, you are responsible for planning, internal training, quality work, and recruitment of coaches. You start new groups based on the association's needs and are there to support our coaches in our competition groups.

You will work from our office in Lunden but also in the halls where our groups train. This position is a temporary replacement because one of our employees is on leave for studies, but there is a very good possibility of continued employment.

Profile:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing our competitive activities in team gymnastics. You have a driving personality and are comfortable in a leadership role. You are self-sufficient and accustomed to planning and executing tasks independently. You have a strong commitment to developing our competition activities within the squad section!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work for our competition groups.
• Support and assist coaches.
• Be responsible for training and competence development for coaches.
• Create a positive and safe development environment for both gymnasts and coaches.
• Recruit coaches.
• Ongoing administrative tasks.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the association's events such as competitions, shows, and other activities.

Qualifications:

• Documented education through the Swedish Gymnastics Federation (minimum Squad C).
• Experience as a coach for competition teams.
• Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish.

Employment conditions:

• Part-time 50%, temporary position with possibility of extension. This position can be combined with a position as a squad coach to obtain full-time employment.
• Start date according to agreement.
• The position includes evening and weekend work.
• You will work from our office in Lunden but also in the halls where our competition groups train.
• Salary according to agreement.
• Gf Göteborgsgymnasterna has a collective agreement between Unionen and Fremia.
