About the position

As a Neighborhood Host at Tibrobyggen, your main duties will consist of interior and exterior maintenance. You will work with maintaining green areas, flower beds, hedges, and trees, as well as snow removal and graveling in winter, and gravel removal in spring. You will also handle fault reports and other incoming matters, participate in inspections, tenant meetings, tenant introductions, and other related tasks during move-ins and move-outs, and perform necessary repairs and improvements. Working hours are during the day, and you will be part of our on-call group.

We have a strong team spirit and help each other with the challenges that arise. You will be responsible for your residential area and plan your work with freedom under responsibility.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in service-oriented work, as well as property maintenance and repairs. You also have good knowledge of equipment for property maintenance and plants. You have computer skills and a good ability to communicate in Swedish; if you also handle English and/or other languages, it is a merit. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible and sensitive to your surroundings. Providing our tenants with good service and a kind demeanor is something you consider important. You have an unpretentious attitude and are happy to lend a helping hand to your colleagues.
