💻Your tasks will include:

• Solving complex technical problems for real (not just moving bugs between backlogs).
• Taking technical responsibility in high-complexity assignments.
• Effortlessly switching between code, architecture, and client dialogue in your assignment.
• Quickly getting up to speed in new systems, domains, and businesses.
• Having fun, growing, and building strong collaborations with colleagues and clients.

🤞Who we are looking for:

You are a confident, experienced, and sharp developer who:

• Holds a Master's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English.
• Has good communication skills, is proactive, independent but collaboration-oriented.
• Is used to working closely with both technology and business.

Technical experience we highly value for this role:

• Broad technical expertise with a focus on backend and advanced problem solving.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies.
• Very good understanding of object-oriented programming and system development.

The most important thing is not exactly which languages you know, but how you think, structure problems, and build sustainable solutions. We love solving problems with code.
