Kosta Boda Art Hotel AB is a unique design hotel that explodes in color, form and pleasure with origins in glass. The hotel is located in the heart of the Glass Kingdom and has 102 rooms, 11 conference and group rooms, two restaurants, Linnéa Art and Brasserie1742, our unique Glass Bar and a complete SPA section. We are a place where staff make a difference and together, with passion and pride, we create memorable experiences for our guests. Kosta Boda Art Hotel is now looking for an experienced, engaged and passionate chef who is ready to take the next step and who, together with our team, will develop and be responsible for creating and providing our guests with top-class gastronomic experiences.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, has a burning interest in cooking with experience from à la carte restaurants and who always focuses on guests, quality, service and colleagues. You have knowledge, are used to working in and with a large kitchen team and taking great responsibility in the kitchen.

Your role requires humility, courage, great commitment, passion and an innovative and solution-focused attitude.

Duties will include: Preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards. Keeping the kitchen clean and organized in accordance with applicable hygiene requirements. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows. Adapting dishes according to guests' wishes and dietary requirements.

The workplace is the hotel's own restaurants; Linnea Art Restaurant and Brasserie 1742, but also the opportunity to work at Kosta Delikatess and the new bowling restaurant at Craft Arena.

We believe that cooperation and a great atmosphere in the kitchen are key to success and a good product.

A driver's license is not required, but have a plan for how you get to and from work as working hours sometimes deviate from bus timetables. Staff accommodation is available if needed!

The work involves daytime, evenings & weekends
