Chef wanted for Frimis Krog – summer job in Visby 🌿🔥

Do you want to cook with really good ingredients, work at a high pace, and spend the summer inside the city wall in Visby? Then Frimis Krog might be your next workplace.

Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant in the heart of Visby's city center. We are known for our whole grilled Gotland lamb over open fire and our à la carte menu based on Gotland's early vegetables and Swedish seasonal ingredients. In addition to evening service, we also work with weddings, events, and medieval arrangements – which makes the job both varied and developing.

About the position

We are looking for chef(s) for the period June 17 – August 16.

Working hours are mainly afternoon/evening.

Accommodation is available and salary according to agreement.

Who are you?

You enjoy cooking from scratch and are passionate about good ingredients. You know that quality takes time – but you also thrive when the pace is high and the pressure is on. You are confident in the kitchen, curious, and enjoy teamwork.

With us, you will:

  • work closely with our lamb chef and be responsible for parts of the summer menu
  • cook with Gotland's early vegetables and Swedish ingredients
  • be part of a kitchen that handles everything from à la carte to large events and weddings

We are looking for someone who wants to develop, contribute energy, and have a summer filled with food, community, and Gotland.
