Summer Staff for Reservations - Waterfront Cabins in Gothenburg

Do you want a summer job with lots of customer contact, where you handle incoming booking requests and assist guests all the way to a completed booking? We are now looking for summer staff for our reservations team at Waterfront Cabins, near central Gothenburg.

About the position

As a booking assistant, you are often the guests' first contact with Waterfront Cabins. You mainly work by phone and email, receiving incoming inquiries, answering questions, and guiding guests to a completed booking. The role is central to the guest journey and requires both a service mentality and the ability to work structured towards closing.

The work also involves administrative handling of bookings and close collaboration with the reception and other departments. The pace can vary, and no two days are the same.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys working with the phone as the primary tool
• Thrives on customer contact and converting inquiries into bookings
• Is positive, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Is proficient with phones and computers
• Communicates professionally in both Swedish and English

Employment & working hours

• Seasonal employment during the period May to August
• No time off can be granted during the period
• Every other weekend and evening shifts are included
• Onboarding starts immediately, and we prefer you to start soon
