Radiographer to the Radiology Clinic
Description
Welcome to us, a unique operation combining nursing, medicine, and technology.
We offer a rewarding job with great variety and a workplace characterized by an open and pleasant social climate. Do you want to help create the best for our patients and become a leading clinic? We look forward to welcoming you as our new colleague!
Tasks
As a radiographer, you will examine and take images of patients or perform image-guided interventions and treatments. Diagnostics are an important part of the care chain, and you are a necessary resource to create conditions for good care. You work independently but also as part of a cross-professional team with other professions, primarily assistant nurses and doctors. Together, we contribute high medical competence and carry out qualitative and comprehensive work for our patients.
Advanced technical equipment and computers are important tools in our digital environment. This is varied work, and the trend is towards increasingly specialized technical development. Our clinic is known for its open and pleasant atmosphere, and we strive to create a good work environment and satisfied employees. We have an introduction program for newly hired radiographers to ensure safety and comfort, and as a new employee, you will receive individually tailored training based on your prior knowledge.
There are good opportunities here for you to develop professionally according to your wishes and needs. If you want to broaden your competence, there is the possibility of rotation between different modalities or units within the clinic. If you are an experienced radiographer wanting to specialize in a certain area, we will try to accommodate that as much as possible. If you are interested in research, there are opportunities to research here, and if you want to deepen your skills in supervision, quality assurance, patient safety, technical development, or other issues, we encourage that. In our new initiative, we strive for you as a radiographer to develop your unique professional competence in stimulating teamwork with other professional groups, where everyone has their role, and with well-functioning support resources around you.
