School Cook Substitute on an On-Call Basis

We are now looking for a flexible and committed cook who wants to work as an on-call substitute in our school kitchen. With us, you have the opportunity to contribute to students receiving nutritious and wholesome meals every day.

About the position

As an on-call substitute, you step in as needed, for example in the event of sick leave or peak work periods. The work is mainly during daytime on weekdays.

Job duties

Prepare and cook meals according to the set menu

Handle special diets and allergies safely

Follow routines for food hygiene and self-inspection

Participate in dishwashing, cleaning, and keeping the kitchen in good order

Collaborate with kitchen staff and the rest of the school's operations

Qualifications

Experience working in large-scale kitchens or restaurants

Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP is meritorious)

Experience with special diets / allergies is meritorious

Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsible, flexible, and service-oriented
