Gotlands Sjukhem is a nursing home with 45 places located just outside the Visby city wall.

About the position

All food is prepared on-site in our modern and well-equipped kitchen.

As a cook with us, you work independently and are responsible for creating good, nutritious meals that contribute to the well-being of our residents.

The work includes, among other things:

• Preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• Planning and preparations in the kitchen
• Adaptation of diets based on individual needs
• Baking (meritorious if you have experience)
• Food hygiene and routine follow-up
• Ordering goods
• Collaboration with other staff regarding meals and the dining environment

You have experience with large-scale catering and enjoy both working independently and in a team.

Employment and working hours

• Summer temporary position according to collective agreement through Arbetsgivaralliansen
• June–August (exact dates according to agreement)
• Daytime
• Work every other weekend

In some cases, there is an opportunity to rent temporary accommodation during the summer temporary position (cost paid by the employee)
