About the Position

The work takes place in ordinary housing. In your role, you assess activity ability and ensure that the patient has the right aids, which are prescribed and adapted to the individual's needs. You assist in writing certificates when the patient wants to apply for housing adaptation grants. You supervise and instruct care staff to create a safe and rehabilitative working approach. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, you find solutions that create a holistic view in care – with a focus on making everyday life easier and contributing to preserving and strengthening the functions, health, and well-being of the elderly.

We are looking for you who:

Is a licensed occupational therapist. We see a need for you to have experience working in home healthcare. As a person, you are mature, stable, cooperative, perceptive, and communicative, and you work professionally with colleagues, residents, and relatives. You are flexible, can prioritize matters, and plan your day. You thrive working in teams as we work interprofessionally and strive for high quality. We have a relaxed atmosphere and gladly share our knowledge and help each other with the vision that everyone should have the opportunity to live a good independent life, regardless of age or disability.
