Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm.

Today, we operate home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City, around the clock, and have four operations located in:

• Western Suburbs (Råcksta, Bromma)

• Southern Suburbs West (Axelsberg, Hägersten)

• Southern Suburbs East (Hammarbyhöjden, Johanneshov)

• Inner City (Hjorthagen, Östermalm)

Your role

We are now looking for assistant nurses who want to contribute to enabling our customers to continue living in their homes with safety, continuity, and dignity. The work must be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.

The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home as well as being responsible for the contact person system, which means you create continuity and follow up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning.

Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we place high demands on accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations.

We are also looking for staff for additional work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year.

As an assistant nurse with us, you work to make it possible for our customers to stay in their homes with safety, dignity, and quality. Your work must be permeated by care, professionalism, and presence.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an assistant nurse and has a professional attitude towards the profession and the meeting with the customer. The position requires:

• Protected professional title as assistant nurse issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Manual B driving license and driving experience, good cycling proficiency, and willingness to use a bicycle and walk on duty

• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the overall picture of the assignment

• Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varying workdays

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of cooking and home upkeep

Experience from home care or similar operations is a merit but not a requirement.
