Description

Do you want to help create an exceptional primary care center?

In the heart of Kortedala, Nötkärnan is now opening a new primary care center with the patient in focus and job satisfaction as a driving force. We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and want to be part of the journey from the start towards something new.

Planned opening in mid-autumn 2026, and we hope you want to be involved from the beginning.

About the operation

The primary care center will be employee-owned and located centrally at Kortedala square. Our ambition is to create an accessible and welcoming operation for both patients and employees.

We want to build close relationships with our patients and be an active part of the local community. With us, you will meet a diversity of patients of different ages and backgrounds, which requires both flexibility and genuine commitment.

Our work is characterized by accessibility, continuity, and long-term focus – where every encounter counts.

About the role

You are a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with experience in primary care or outpatient rehabilitation.

The work is broad and includes assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with various types of complaints, for example in the musculoskeletal system. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professions.

We would like you to have an interest in working with both individual treatments and group activities, and that you want to contribute to developing effective and evidence-based working methods.

As a person, you are confident, flexible, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable taking responsibility and want to be involved in building a well-functioning and high-quality rehabilitation operation from the ground up. Good interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patients are natural for you.

Employment

The position is full-time with a six-month probationary period.

Start date is planned for mid-autumn 2026.
