Hammarbygruppen offers short-term housing for people under and over 65, as well as permanent housing for people with dementia under and over 65.

The short-term housing provides care with support under the Social Services Act (SoL) to patient groups needing recovery after illness or injury, as well as other interventions.

In our permanent units, we offer housing for individuals diagnosed with dementia. Together, we create a safe and stable living environment and adequate care for all stages of life for those with dementia.

Hammarbyslott consists of 48 apartments operated in a home-like environment close to nature. The castle has preserved its beautiful architecture with high ceilings combined with modern standards, maintaining ample natural light and generous open spaces for socializing.

Examples of impairments (Alzheimer's, frontal lobe dementia, multi-infarct dementia, and alcoholic dementia).

Hammarbyslott also has access to a daycare center.

Hammarbyslott offers day care with various activities from Monday to Friday.

We are now seeking experienced and engaged licensed practical nurses.

We apply a schedule with day, evening, and weekend duty.

We are looking for someone with great commitment to the target group, who is flexible, has good collaboration skills, is responsible, and wants to create an operation that provides individuals with dementia a good life and that little extra.
