Currently, we have a need for both home rehabilitation and clinic visits, and we prefer that you combine the role with both clinic and home rehab. We are open to shaping the role according to your wishes based on your experiences and knowledge. In home rehab, you collaborate with an occupational therapist or dietitian. There is also the opportunity to combine the role with group activities!
